In order for you as a customer to feel safe, this personal data policy describes how Art of Reining(AoR) processes, stores and handles your personal data. 

AoR is responsible for all information that you leave in contact with us, which can be on the website, by phone, Facebook, Instagram or by e-mail.

We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed securely and that the GDPR is followed. Personal data is information that, individually or in combination with other data, can be used to identify you as a user as a physical person now living. For example, it could be your name, your email address or your phone number.

Our main purpose for processing your personal data is so that we can fulfill commitments to you as a customer. When you shop with us, we need to know who you are and where your goods are to be delivered.

The information is used not only to help you complete your purchase and for the store to process your order, but also to prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements.

Your personal data is saved as long as there is a need to save it, to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, as well as what was agreed upon. Your customer data will then be deleted.

For card purchases, we work with authorized payment agents who help us directly check with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. All information is sent in encrypted form via a secure connection and we do not save your card details. Our payment agents process your card details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. This means that security is very high. Access to your personal data. This means that you have the right at any time (free of charge once a year) to request a register extract regarding the personal data we have about you.

  • Correction of your personal data. At your request, we will correct the incorrect or incomplete data we process about you as quickly as possible.
  • Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if they e.g. are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. However, there may be legal requirements that we may not immediately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then end the processing that is done for purposes other than complying with the law.
  • Limitation of treatment. This means that your personal data is marked so that it may only be processed for certain limited purposes. You have the right to data portability. This means a right to, under certain conditions, obtain and transfer your personal data to another personal data controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format. If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to such processing by contacting us. Once we have received your objection, we will stop processing the personal data for such marketing purposes.
  • You have the right to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
